The following is directed to all Chapters and Districts that I help with their web pages.

Withe permission of the WGM, I am once again asking the chapters and Districts I work with on their web page to contribute to the Purple Pancake Breakfast or the Scholarship in memory of Cathy Krekus Kern.  She was our daughter, a majority Rainbow, Grand Soloist, a DeMolay Sweetheart and a member of Eastern Star.  She passed away in 2008 after almost 3 years battling Pancreatic Cancer.

November is Pancreatic Cancer month, the color for it is Purple - thus the name Purple Pancake Breakfast.  Ir will be held this year on November 10, 2018 at the York Golf Club, 7459 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43235 - 8 AM to 12 Noon.  There will also be a silent Auction.

You may participate by donating a basket for the Auction, making a financial donation by sending a check made out to PanCan, the Columbus affiliate for Pancreatic Cancer, or going to the web site (should be received before November 10, 2018) or making a donation to the Cathy Krekus Kern Scholarship which is a $1,500 Scholarship for a member of Rainbow or DeMolay in Ohio.  Checks for the Scholarship should be made out to Me - Carol Krekus with a notation "Scholarship" on it.

The Krekus and Kern families Thank You in advance for your support of these projects for pancreatic cancer and/or our Masonic Youth.
