Below you will find ready for downloading, the various forms for the 2013 Grand Chapter Session, "Just Believe" to be held in Dayton, Ohio on September 27, 28, and 29. Please note the deadline date of September 7th for the forms.
Please note the change in housing procedures. Members can contact the Marriott by phone or the link below from the Marriott (after the downloads for the forms). The Crowne will be taking reservations on Monday, June 3 from 5 – 7 p.m. by phone only.
The 2013 Grand Banquet will be utilizing a separate form. Tables of ten (10) will be assigned in the order reservations (with payment of check or money order – U S Funds) are received. One check per group is preferred. Guests must make a reservation. Seating preference cannot be guaranteed unless reservations are submitted together. Tickets will not be mailed this year and can be picked up at Grand Chapter outside Dayton Convention Center Room 101 at times designated. Please make sure that all your forms are complete and calculations are accurate.
In the past years, we received positive feedback from the enhancement of the audio visual big screen and would like to continue this venture in 2013. The cost of this improvement is approximately $9,000.00. This expense is primarily the responsibility of the Chairman of Arrangements; however, a portion is now covered by Grand Chapter funds.
If you enjoyed this improvement at Grand Chapter, we are asking for your help. Please consider a chapter donation or a sunshine collection to help defray this cost. Make your check payable to Chairman of Arrangements and forward it to Carol Hoskins, Chairman of Arrangements, 321 Eaton Ave., Hamilton 45013. Indicate in the memo on the check "Audio Visual". Your support for this project is greatly appreciated.
Grand Chapter local committee chairmen are in need of volunteers to drive vans, operate cameras and host during the session. If you are interested in serving on these committees, please contact me through our volunteer form contained in this packet and I will direct you to the appropriate chairperson. District 19 is busy planning to make the session enjoyable for all our members and we look forward to seeing you in September. This letter is sent with the approval of the Worthy Grand Matron.
